class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>\u5c5e\u4e8e\u591a\u5143\u4e0d\u9971\u548c\u8102\u80aa\u9178\u3001Omega-3\u8102\u80aa\u9178\u6210\u5458\u4e4b\u4e00\u7684DHA\uff0c\u5b66\u540d\u4e3a\u4e8c\u5341\u4e8c\u78b3\u516d\u70ef\u9178\uff08Docosahexanoic acid\uff09\uff0c\u5728\u4eba\u4f53\u5404\u7ec4\u7ec7\u90fd\u80fd\u770b\u89c1\u5b83\u7684\u8eab\u5f71\u5176\u4e2d\uff0c\u53c8\u4ee5\u5927\u8111\u7ec6\u80de\u3001\u89c6\u7f51\u819c\u3001 \u795e\u7ecf\u4e0e\u5fc3\u8840\u7ba1\u7b49\u4f20\u9012\u7ec4\u7ec7\u6700\u552f\u4e30\u5bcc\uff0c\u66f4\u5728\u7ec6\u80de\u819c\u4e0e\u795e\u7ecf\u4f20\u5bfc\u7269\u8d28\u4e2d\u626e\u6f14\u91cd\u8981\u89d2\u8272\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u4eba\u4f53\u662f\u65e0\u6cd5\u81ea\u884c\u5408\u6210DHA\u7684\uff0c\u4f46\u662f\u80fd\u591f\u5c06\u03b1-\u4e9a\u9ebb\u9178\uff08\u7b80\u79f0 ALA \uff0calpha-linolenic acid\uff09\u4e0e\u4e8c\u5341\u78b3\u4e94\u70ef\u9178\uff08\u7b80\u79f0 EPA \uff0cEicosapentaenoic acid\uff09\u8f6c\u6362\u6210DHA\u3002<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"DHA%E9%A3%9F%E7%89%A9%E6%9C%89%E5%93%AA%E4%BA%9B%EF%BC%9F_%E4%B8%BA%E4%BB%80%E4%B9%88%E8%A6%81%E9%80%8F%E8%BF%87%E9%B1%BC%E6%B2%B9%E8%A1%A5%E5%85%85%EF%BC%9F\"><\/span>DHA\u98df\u7269\u6709\u54ea\u4e9b\uff1f \u4e3a\u4ec0\u4e48\u8981\u900f\u8fc7\u9c7c\u6cb9\u8865\u5145\uff1f<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>DHA\u5fc5\u987b\u900f\u8fc7\u996e\u98df\u6216\u989d\u5916\u7684\u8865\u5145\u624d\u80fd\u6444\u53d6\uff0c\u4e3b\u8981\u5b58\u5728\u4e8e\u6d77\u6d0b\u4e2d\u7684\u85fb\u7c7b\u3001\u9c7c\u7c7b\u4e0e\u9ad8\u8102\u80aa\u7684\u690d\u7269\u6027\u98df\u7269\u4e2d\u83b7\u53d6\uff0c\u5e38\u89c1\u7684\u98df\u7269\uff0c\u5305\u542b\uff1a<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a \u9c7c\u3001\u9c7c\u5b50\u9171\u7b49\u3002<\/li>\n<li>\u8d1d\u7c7b\uff1a\u86e4\u870a\u3001\u6247\u8d1d\u7b49\u3002<\/li>\n<li>\u6d77\u85fb\uff1a\u6d77\u5e26\u3001\u7d2b\u83dc\u7b49\u3002<\/li>\n<li>\u575a\u679c\uff1a\u4e9a\u9ebb\u7c7d\u3001\u9ebb\u6cb9\u3001\u6838\u6843\u7b49\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u4e86\u82e5\u662f\u60f3\u8981\u900f\u8fc7\u996e\u98df\uff0c\u6444\u53d6\u5927\u91cf\u7684DHA\uff0c\u7531\u4e8e\u591a\u534a\u4ee5\u6df1\u6d77\u9c7c\u53ca\u5927\u578b\u9c7c\u5c45\u591a\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u5728\u9009\u62e9\u4e0a\u8981\u7559\u610f\uff0c\u91cd\u91d1\u5c5e\u3001\u6234\u5965\u8f9b\u7b49\u73af\u5883\u6c61\u67d3\u7269\u7684\u95ee\u9898\u3002 \u5bf9\u4e8e\u6bd4\u8f83\u5c11\u5403\u6df1\u6d77\u9c7c\u6216\u6d77\u9c9c\u7c7b\u7684\u4eba\u6765\u8bf4\uff0c\u8f83\u96be\u900f\u8fc7\u98df\u7269\u83b7\u53d6\u5230\u8db3\u591f\u7684DHA\u3002 \u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u9c7c\u6cb9\u4f5c\u4e3a\u4e00\u79cd\u6613\u4e8e\u83b7\u53d6\u548c\u5438\u6536\u7684\u5f62\u5f0f\uff0c\u6210\u4e3a\u4e86\u8bb8\u591a\u4eba\u8865\u5145DHA\u7684\u9009\u62e9\u3002<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"DHA%E6%9C%897%E5%A4%A7%E5%8A%9F%E6%95%88%EF%BC%8C%E4%BD%A0%E7%9F%A5%E5%A4%9A%E5%B0%91%EF%BC%81\"><\/span>DHA\u67097\u5927\u529f\u6548\uff0c\u4f60\u77e5\u591a\u5c11\uff01<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"_1_%E8%A7%86%E8%A7%89%E4%B8%8E%E5%A4%A7%E8%84%91%E5%8F%91%E8%82%B2%E5%BF%85%E5%A4%87%E8%84%82%E8%82%AA%E9%85%B8\"><\/span>\u00a01. \u89c6\u89c9\u4e0e\u5927\u8111\u53d1\u80b2\u5fc5\u5907\u8102\u80aa\u9178<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>\u7814\u7a76\u6307\u51fa\uff0cDHA\u5bf9\u4e8e\u513f\u7ae5\u5927\u8111\u53d1\u5c55\u81f3\u5173\u91cd\u8981\uff0c\u540c\u65f6\u4e5f\u662f\u7ef4\u6301\u5927\u8111\u529f\u80fd\u7684\u5fc5\u9700\u54c1\u3002 \u7f3a\u4e4fDHA\u53ef\u80fd\u5bfc\u81f4\u80ce\u513f\u9152\u7cbe\u75c7\u5019\u7fa4\uff08\u7b80\u79f0FASDs\uff09\u4e0e\u6ce8\u610f\u529b\u4e0d\u96c6\u4e2d\u6709\u5173\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5728\u89c6\u7f51\u819c\u7684\u611f\u5149\u7ec6\u80de\u4e2d\uff0cDHA\u5360\u4e86\u8d85\u8fc7\u534a\u6570\uff0c\u5e76\u5177\u9ad8\u67d4\u97e7\u6027\u548c\u5f3a\u7a7f\u900f\u529b\uff0c\u80fd\u76f4\u63a5\u901a\u8fc7\u8840\u89c6\u7f51\u819c\u5c4f\u969c(BRB)\u3002 \u8bb8\u591a<a href=\"https:\/\/www.tfrin.gov.tw\/News_Content.aspx?n=313&amp;s=54002\">\u7814\u7a76\u6307\u51fa<\/a>\uff0cDHA\u5bf9\u4e8e\u4f18\u5316\u611f\u5149\u819c\u7684\u6d41\u52a8\u6027\u3001\u89c6\u7f51\u819c\u5b8c\u6574\u6027 \u548c\u89c6\u89c9\u529f\u80fd\u7b49\u529f\u4e0d\u53ef\u6ca1\uff0c\u8fd8\u80fd\u63d0\u9ad8\u8840\u6db2\u4e2d\u7684\u53f6\u9ec4\u7d20\u542b\u91cf\u3002 <a href=\"https:\/\/pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/22175009\/\">\u4e5f\u6709\u7814\u7a76\u663e\u793a<\/a>\uff0cDHA\u5728\u89c6\u89c9\u4fdd\u62a4\u4e0a\u529f\u4e0d\u53ef\u6ca1\u3002<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"2_%E9%99%8D%E4%BD%8E%E5%BF%83%E8%A1%80%E7%AE%A1%E7%96%BE%E7%97%85%E5%8F%91%E7%94%9F%E7%9A%84%E9%A3%8E%E9%99%A9\"><\/span>2. \u964d\u4f4e\u5fc3\u8840\u7ba1\u75be\u75c5\u53d1\u751f\u7684\u98ce\u9669<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>\u4e00\u9879\u957f\u8fbe3\u5e74\u534a\u7684<a href=\"https:\/\/www.taiwan-pharma.org.tw\/weekly\/1610\/1610-5-4.htm\">\u5927\u578b\u9c7c\u6cb9\u7814\u7a76\u53d1\u73b0<\/a>\uff0c\u957f\u671f \u670d\u7528omega-3\u4e0d\u9971\u548c\u8102\u80aa\u9178\u53ef\u964d\u4f4e\u5fc3\u810f\u75c5\u6b7b\u4ea1\u3001\u5fc3\u808c\u6897\u585e\u53ca\u4e2d\u98ce\u53d1\u751f\u7387\u8fbe15%\u3002 <a href=\"https:\/\/pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/10479465\/\">\u6d41\u884c\u75c5\u5b66\u7814\u7a76\u63d0\u5230<\/a>\uff0c\u6bcf\u65e5\u6444\u53d6200\u6beb\u514b\u7684DHA\uff0c\u53ef\u4f7f\u5fc3\u808c\u6897\u585e\u731d\u6b7b\u7387\u964d\u4f4e50 %\u3002 DHA\u5728\u9c7c\u7c7b\u5c5e\u6d3b\u6027\u6210\u5206\uff0c\u6709\u52a9\u4e8e\u964d\u4f4e\u8840\u6db2\u4e2d\u7684\u4e09\u9178\u7518\u6cb9\u916f\uff0c\u8fd8\u80fd\u9884\u9632\u5fc3\u5f8b\u4e0d\u6574\u3002<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><span href=\"https:\/\/pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/33303222\/\">\u6839\u636e\u7f8e\u56fd\u519c\u4e1a\u90e8\u4eba\u7c7b\u8425\u517b\u8001\u5316\u7814\u7a76\u4e2d\u5fc3\u7814\u7a76\u663e\u793a<\/a>\uff0cDHA\u5728\u964d\u4f4e\u53d1\u708e\u53cd\u5e94\u4e0a\uff0c\u5177\u6709\u66f4\u5e7f\u6cdb\u7684 \u4f5c\u7528\u3002 \u53e6\u5916\uff0c<a
